These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and tng99 ("tng99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tng99.net. By registering an account, accessing any service, or placing any wager on tng99, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

tng99 operates under an international gaming authority licence. This Agreement is intended to govern all interactions between tng99 and its members and supersedes any prior representations, agreements, or communications. tng99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to have been registered in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) tng99 account. Multiple accounts held by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, may be closed at tng99's discretion and associated balances may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tng99 login credentials, including your username and password. tng99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify tng99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your tng99 account.
• tng99 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tng99 account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify tng99 of a security breach and tng99 takes action.

tng99 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending identity verification at any time consistent with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.

All transactions on tng99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tng99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change at tng99's discretion.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the tng99 platform from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your tng99 wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. tng99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published on the tng99 platform. tng99 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.
• tng99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to the member's account.
• Funds deposited into your tng99 account may not earn interest. Deposits are not protected under any deposit insurance scheme.

All bets and wagers placed on tng99 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as published within the tng99 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or bet type.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tng99 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted by published product rules.
• tng99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted due to a technical fault, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of tng99's settlements team is final. Members may escalate disputes via the tng99 support channel within 30 days of the relevant event.
• tng99 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or access to specific markets for any individual account at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on outcomes that have already been determined at the time of placement are void and stakes will be returned.

From time to time, tng99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional rewards to members. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and may only be withdrawn once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• tng99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or coordinated exploitation — will result in forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in account suspension.
• tng99 promotional offers are intended for entertainment purposes and are not available to professional or commercial wagering syndicates.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the tng99 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors in the tng99 platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tng99 staff or other members via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All content on the tng99 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of tng99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tng99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any tng99 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tng99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tng99 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tng99's aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that member's tng99 wallet at the time the claim arises.

tng99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond tng99's reasonable control may affect platform availability.

tng99 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. 21+ tng99 services are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gaming should be an entertainment activity and not a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

tng99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your tng99 account;
• Session Limits: Restrict the amount of time spent on tng99 in any given period;

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• tng99 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• tng99 reasonably believes the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The member has requested voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach, tng99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Upon member-initiated closure where no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of tng99's international gaming authority licence and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of tng99's licensor. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be referred to tng99's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by tng99's licensing authority.

tng99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via the email address registered to their tng99 account no less than 14 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the tng99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
